Don't forget to have breaks especially if you've been up early hours, if you feel knackered and/or you've done so much. Put up your feet, watch TV or listen to music or simply just stare at a blank wall for a while. Seeing this makes me want to colour in certain sections - colouring book? Colouring in zine?
